WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Communication between departments and to the customer is horrible! The service manager especially was rude and unhelpful, and attempted to gaslight me about what he'd said when I was there in person, saying "I don't know who told you that... that doesn't sound like me... etc" when it was literally him that spoke to me previously and told me those things! I also kept being directed to voicemails when I'd call until i very bluntly told them to connect me to the highest manager available, at which point i got connected to the person i was originally trying to reach, who mysteriously had "not been in the office that day" when I'd called 5 minutes before. OVERALL -100/10 WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO MY WORST ENEMY!! More

Walked in and was quite impressed with this guy's knowledge of cars. He was quick ok his feet and very helpful. Disappointed is a nice way of putting it, I would prefer a bit more transparency. I bought a 2017 Kia but I can't insure the car because of a viral video showing how easily you can steal the car. I found one company to insure the car but it is more than my payment and I can't afford it. I don't believe the dealership was not aware of this issue, they chose to still sell the car. More

The negative first: We took appointment to test drive a car the day prior. Our appointment was pushes by an hour by our sales representative as the car was not going to be ready (still cleaning). When we got to the dealership, the car had already been driven and the previous customer was holding the keys as they were test driving yet another car. back from their test, they decided to buy the car we were initially interested in. I found it extremely rude that we had been asked to push our appointment to see the car we were interested being purchased by others in front of our very own eyes due to this change in schedule. While we were test driving another car, not hatchback so less attractive at the time, our sales representative told us that he could get us "a sweet deal on the ride". It sounded attractive. It turned out that compared to asking price he and his manager were only willing to knock 200$ out of the 13790 the car was listed at. So much for a sweet deal... The sales happened because we were tired of searching for a car. Car was too expensive for what it is, even-though it seems to be a good car. Now the positive because there are some. The car drives well, brakes function well and tires still have some thread. It is the proper amount of power and clean from the outside. Direction is smooth and seats confortable. From buying at a dealership, I appreciated: 1- being sure that the car we buy has a clean title and never had any accidents. 2- all paperwork were efficiently done by the person in charge of that and no need for us to queue at the DMV to get the title, the plates and all sorts of charming waste of time type of activities. From the get-go, our entire experience was nothing short of perfect! Gregg Whiteaker was referred to us and he took such very good care of us! Jacob Linn took care of most of it (as Gregg is a manager, not a salesperson) and that guy is awesome! So genuine, patient, courteous and provided STELLAR customer service from beginning to end! He is ridiculously knowledgeable about all the cool features and took as much time as we needed going over everything!! He (and Gregg) also made sure that if I have any questions down the road I could call, email or text! So happy and beyond excited to be a part of the Kia Family!! More
