Christian after the sale also helped me connect to my vehicle and that went above and beyond so I can be successful. The button on the 2nd row to fold seats down is INCREDIBLE. That is why we did not go with the Toyota Grand Highlander because they use a pull lever to fold those seats and is hard to move around. (Good sale point). We looked at a Honda Pilot but Honda was unorganized and their finance guy in Gladstone was very unwelcoming. That is why I enjoyed working with Jen.
