Did most of my pricing online. Very convenient. Jared and Jacob were great. Jacob spent over an hour helping us download the Kia App and explaining the tech to is. He also checked Very convenient. Parking lot was very crowded. The price for service was very good. I was given a loaner car which was nice. Service was complete in about three hours. Only the front seats were vacuumed out and not back seats or back of car. The car was not washed after service, but I was given a coupon for a local car wash. More

I bought my car here in 2023 and have taken it in regularly since. Every time I go in and have Jennifer help me, I’m left in almost tears and she constantly makes me feel dumb, pressures me into serv regularly since. Every time I go in and have Jennifer help me, I’m left in almost tears and she constantly makes me feel dumb, pressures me into services, and threatens my warranty if I don’t get them. I never have this issue with the other reps. She talks down to me, makes me feel incompetent, and talks to me very rude. I am a loyal customer and should not have to deal with this. I have worked in customer service my entire adult life and am kind and friendly, and I’m always received by her in the rudest way. I don’t understand. Is it because I’m a female? Why do I get treated like this while I’m there? 😢 More

They did do a “mandatory upsell” of a car perk that I didn’t want when I bought the car, which I consider to be an unethical practice, but other than that, things have been OK.
