Did not appreciate the selling of unnecessary alignment, told tires are wearing unevenly , they are not. Car alignment is set at the factory. My tire pressure was 36lbs when I last checked. Our sales person, Liona Bernard, was exceptional. She stayed with me for a 3 or 4 month period until she found the exact car that I wanted. Then she made the purchase process easy and transparent. Used car sticker price of $10,799 was jacked up to over $11,500+ after I already had them eliminate a $5000 extended warranty.
