My wheel needed repair and after three times with my trunk not locking . ( all covered under my protection plan ) Jim the service mgrs unprofessional is uncalled for . I now need body work done . Went and got the estimate done and his respond to me was go there and get it done . Really ? What happened to ensuring your customer is getting the best quality service . Bad service . Bad review after giving them a good one because i delt with mark on my last visit. SAD! More

Ben, the financial guy got us the best percentage on our loan and they were both very personable. Once we decided on the car we bought they had it in our hands the next day. First of all, the employees are knowledgeable, caring, and very good listeners- they pay attention to what you, the customer, say and need. We just purchased a 2016 Rav4 Hybrid, having purchased three Ravs from Glens Falls Toyota prior to this one, along with a couple of cars. Whenever we have questions, they get answered. Our salesperson gave us her phone number and email after spending a BUNCH of time with us to be sure that we understood all of the features of our new vehicle. This level of service and support is a rarity! This is a great dealership...from the owner throughout the organization. UPSET OVER THE DETAILING OF THE CAR I purchased the car went to put the license on. The driver side was detailed good, the inside was good. Now the passenger side was not even done. The I purchased the car went to put the license on. The driver side was detailed good, the inside was good. Now the passenger side was not even done. There was mud splattered up on the side- the door. The rear door had a mark about a foot long on it , needed to be compound. They had to send it back to the detail shop which they did do the passenger side, which turned out good. We waited a 1/2 to 3/4 hour, come to find out the car had been returned out front but know one told anyone that it was done...Week later I had a flat had to get the donut tire out (forgot to say it was a used car) when I went for the tire there had to be a cup of sand in the donut area. This are had not been even been looked at for detailing.... Pissed me off....What got me mad was people getting paid to do a job and do not do it. Which reflects on the company, also know one in the company double checked.... More

Bought a Toyota RAV 4 I first came to this dealership because I had a mechanical failure with the car I was driving. It was not a Toyota and yet the service department to I first came to this dealership because I had a mechanical failure with the car I was driving. It was not a Toyota and yet the service department took excellent care and had me headed home in no time at all. That made me check them out when I looked to buy a new car.. I enjoyed my purchasing experience with Colleen. She is a great salesperson and I felt I was treated fairly and with honesty. Those who processed my trade-in value and purchase price as well as arranged a great financing rate for me were all easy to deal with.. I received my Toyota paperwork rapidly and was called at home from Colleen to see how me and my new wheels were doing. as well as a nice follow up thank-you letter from Howard Lebowitz. It's nice to know that once you drive off the lot, it's not over. More
