Purchased a 2017 Tundra A great experience with our salesperson, Joe Taylor. No pressure, knowledgeable, friendly and "normal". We already knew what we wanted when we arrived A great experience with our salesperson, Joe Taylor. No pressure, knowledgeable, friendly and "normal". We already knew what we wanted when we arrived at the dealership. Joe quickly setup a demo ride. We loved the truck and purchased the original one we drove. Bottom line, Joe was the reason we purchased the truck from GF Toyota. The only negative was we were required to meet the sales manager. No high pressure used used the "I'm your friend" approach. Everyone at the table knew he was the dealership's friend, not ours. I still don't understand why dealerships insist in added the sales manager to the equation after you've already established a relationship with the salesperson. However, a good experience. I'd send everyone to Joe (Taylor). Note to management: If you are going to send me to a website to rate your dealership you should at least spend the time to keep the salespeople current. More

No pressure at Glens Falls. Gabrielle was polite, very informative, and when we narrowed down what we wanted, she immediately found four acceptable models in the area and let us take the information away with no hassles. The one we picked was delivered (by her) as we asked and is great. She spent an hour with us going over the numerous controls, bells and whistles. A fine experience all around. More

As soon as I mentioned that I had been purchasing Toyotas from this dealership since the 1970's I knew that they wanted my repeat business, and that they love their long time customers. Tina was knowledgable , helpful, and listened to my needs and wants. She was a pleasure to work with! I went to three local Toyota dealerships, looking to lease the same car. Glens Falls Toyota gave me the best deal by far, and before I said yes followed up my visit with an e-mail and a phone call. That's the way to do business ! Tina helped to explain all the "bells and whistles" on my new car before I drove off, and promised to be there to help at any time. It really was a great experience ! More

Best Car Experience Ever!!! Jared Cusma was very welcoming and catered to my needs and what I was looking for, for my Tacoma pickup. I had a good idea what I wanted and they were Jared Cusma was very welcoming and catered to my needs and what I was looking for, for my Tacoma pickup. I had a good idea what I wanted and they were able to get me the truck I was after that other dealers wouldn't find for me at a reasonable price. I was at one other dealer the same day that I stopped at Glens Falls Toyota and the other dealer was trying to push me into buying the truck the same day and at the time I wasn't ready. With Jared and his staff everything was very easy and painless. This is the best dealership experience I have ever had and I applaud everyone that works at Glens Falls Toyota. More
