The level of customer service provided by Mike A. and the rest of the staff were far superior than the many others we have encountered. For us, going to dealerships meant that we have already made the decision to get a vehicle. The factors left to consider are cost and customer treatment. The cost (base price) of a new vehicle is fixed, so it would be the same regardless of the dealership sans dealer promotions, bonuses, etc. So for us, what's really important and highly regarded is the customer service experience/treatment. After all, we would be back to the dealership for vehicle service, etc. Thus, we want to be certain that we pick the dealership where we feel relaxed, welcomed and respected. Our experience with Mike Abodeely was way beyond our expectations. He was cordial, super helpful and knowledgeable. Mike was patient as we change vehicle types/options... not once did we feel pressured to make a decision. He let us take our time to deliberate and come up with our final decision, even if it meant multiple visits and phone conversations.
