The Platinum standard of customer service. Myself and my wife had been in the market for a new truck. We did some shopping around for a brand new 2018 Toyota Tundra in our home state of VT but Myself and my wife had been in the market for a new truck. I wanted either the Cement or Inferno color with the limited trim level and the TRD offroad package. Glens Falls Toyota not only had both but they even had this years brand new color cavalry blue. After showing up on a random Saturday afternoon to take a look at these trucks we even met Joe. Since I had a 2017 Tundra I knew what I wanted in terms of trim and options. Joe took the time and he listen to our needs and he brought them around for us to take a look at. The cavalry blue had sparked some interest of ours as well. We test drove that and knew that was the one! It fit our needs perfectly minus the dual exhaust, sway bar and the TRD air in take. We figured we could get them installed at our home dealership. The finance team ran some numbers for us. To our surprise they came back VERY competitive. With just a few tweaks to the numbers we had all 3 trucks within our working range. Paul was worked with Joe and we came to an agreement on the cavalry blue Tundra. Paul was fun work with and he made the numbers work for us! When they say that they will come to you with their best offer they do! After that we got to close the deal with Ben. Ben had everything setup and ready for us to sign while he took his time to go over the process with us. He answered all of our questions that we had and provided us with both a digital copy of the paperwork and print outs. Over all he was super friendly! We had to leave the truck there until the following weekend. NY DMV offices where closed on a Saturday and we needed transit plates to drive it back home to VT. All in all you would think this is a negative but it became a positive. I was thinking about getting the dual exhaust, TRD sway bar and the in take installed after we got it home. My wife had told me to just call to get a price quote on what the install would come to. I did so and it came out way cheaper than we had thought. So we got to call the service and parts dept. They set it up so that they could to the work before we got there the following Saturday to pick up the truck. They installed all 3 items and again they had been super easy to deal with. The work was done before we picked it up and they even charged us below the quoted amount! During the pickup on Saturday they had all of our paperwork waiting and ready for us. The truck was cleaned just waiting in front of the dealership for us. We signed a few papers with Ben and he had all of our VT DMV paperwork put together for us and Joe went over the truck one final time before we where done. During this time they each thanked us again for our business and made sure that all of our questions had been answered. Over all Glens Falls Toyota did a remarkable job working with us. The team there is amazing. In the future we will be back for sure! I'm also sending my friends and family to them as well in the future. These guys come highly recommended.
