Beautiful 2103 Avalon XLE I purchased a "Certified" 2013 Avalon and love the car! Peppy and sharp with all the bells and whistles. After driving Saab's since 1987 it was hard I purchased a "Certified" 2013 Avalon and love the car! Peppy and sharp with all the bells and whistles. After driving Saab's since 1987 it was hard to find another brand to become loyal to. I am now a Toyota loyalist. My husband has had two 4Runners a 1992 and a 2010 (still have the 2010). The purchase process was easy including getting the vehicle registered with new license plates. No visit to the DMV! Yay! The car was spit shined and detailed, The sales person took the time and pleasure demonstrating how to work all of the technology in the car, including setting up the satellite radio and my iPhone. Thank you! The one concern I have is the small rust blister on the trunk. Although it is small and barely noticeable it will grow....the solution offered to me was to get a paint stick. How do use a paint stick? That seemed to be the answer since repairing it may require painting the entire trunk according to the manager at the dealer. Disappointed with that aspect. Anyway....overall I am happy with the purchase. But make sure if buying a used vehicle even a certified car that you carefully look it over for any signs of pending rust blisters. More

Easy, no-hassle purchase We were in the market for a used RAV4 and decided to check out Glens Falls Toyota. We had bought three cars with Joe Taylor from another dealership a We were in the market for a used RAV4 and decided to check out Glens Falls Toyota. We had bought three cars with Joe Taylor from another dealership and knew he'd moved to Glens Falls Toyota. Joe and GF Toyota didn't disappoint. Found a model we were interested in online and Joe made sure it was ready to test drive when we arrived - great, because we were on our lunch break. Test drove on a Friday and took the weekend to check out other models we were interested in. While we did that, Joe was very good about emailing us with potential trade figures and answers to questions. Since the three other models we drove weren't nearly as good as the RAV4 we ended up doing the deal, and once again had another no-pressure, pleasant experience. Will definitely return in the spring, when we need to purchase a third car for the kids in college. More

She quickly explained the low mileage on this Rav 4 and gave us a copy of the car fax so we could see the history of this used car. She gave us a good deal on a trade in, also. We felt relaxed and not pressured in making our decision to buy the Rav 4. Nicole was very informative on each question we presented to her and we felt very confident in buying this used vehicle.
