Read the fine print when you lease Bought one car, turned in then leased another, never had a late payment..Turned in and waited for inspection report ..Had 22,300 miles on it and had n Bought one car, turned in then leased another, never had a late payment..Turned in and waited for inspection report ..Had 22,300 miles on it and had normal wear and tear..Did not buy or lease again..Got report registered mail and found out they had found all these so called issues the had to fix along with a stained backseat ( always had a seat cover on) but the car was on the lot within a few days shy of 2 weeks since turned in..Also had a $350 disposition charge! $100 repair bill! Called toyota financial and they removed repair bill and told us the disposition charge was in contract..Fine print and we were never told about this charge! Guess you can say punishment for not purchasing or leasing another vehicle! BEWARE! Never will visit this dealer in the near future as was planned and make sure you read that contract they talk around..they did not have to charge the fee as we researched but used it as punishment! Disception at it’s best!! More

He answered all our questions and quickly and efficiently got us into our test drives. When we began to think we might buy he did not encourage us one way or the other, just continued to answer our questions and was very patient. When we were sure we wanted to buy he got us a fantastic deal. The car was delivered and prepped for us four days later. My only regret is I was not able to see the actual interior we were getting ahead of time, and it seems a little busy, color-wise. Joe sat in the car with us and set up our phones and explained a lot of the high tech things. Other people in the dealership never butted in. Our visit with the finance officer was quick and pleasant. More
