Best Used Car Experience Used car shopping is difficult, especially as a woman. Sales MEN are usually pushy and don't take me as a woman or my questions seriously. They were PLEASANT, KIND, and VERY patient with all of my questions!! I could tell immediately when Joe returned my phone call by the tone of his voice that this was a place worth my time. That was no different when I picked up my 2019 Camry today. Experience was marked by super friendly stiff, competent processing of my purchase and preparation of vehicle And helping me with questions in a way that conveyed that they really cared about me as customer. We decided that when we turned in our most recent lease, that we were going to purchase a vehicle. Joe Taylor did an outstanding job, listening to what we were looking for and offering us several vehicles to test drive. We are extremely pleased with the vehicle that we decided on. Joe spent a lot of time going over the features of the vehicle and helping us set up the radio and blue-tooth features. I have already told several people of our experience and to ask for Joe if they decide to go to Glens Falls Toyota. We have also used the service department while we were leasing and that experience was always positive as well. We will be returning customers! More

Very poor service follow up review. To follow up with my previous service review/experience at Glen's Falls Toyota. I was contacted by Jim the service manager who wanted me to give him a To follow up with my previous service review/experience at Glen's Falls Toyota. I was contacted by Jim the service manager who wanted me to give him a second chance. Mind you I already had lost complete trust because of how he lied to me, did not fix the issue and tried to get me to buy parts suggesting that the shop I originally took it to had never replaced. I had personally replaced the parts in question myself but because it wasn't noted on the intake sheet he tried to sell me new parts saying that they looked old. Anyhow... Another lie has reared it's ugly head. I had suggested many things to test to find out why it was randomly misfiring. One of which was to test the fuel injectors. He said that he did check them and they appeared to be functioning properly. Well guess what? All it took was a proper fuel injector cleaning and now they ARE working properly. So.... G F Toyota did change one of the coils that I had just replaced unnecessarily, did not fix the problem and charged me just shy of $600.00 for it. I tell you all something about the Glens Falls Toyota Service department. The service manager Jim will lie to your face, when questioned he tries to get you off subject and talks about other things and skirts the problem. Like I said in my previous post, I will be following this up through small claims unless they are willing to reimburse me for the $600.00 they took for services that were never received. STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I know if I owned this dealership I would NOT allow this behavior or have employees who think this is how to conduct this kind of business that gives my dealership such a bad name. I did end up taking it to New Country Toyota where the service department was extremely responsive, kept me updated, told me everything that was wrong with the car and suggested the best economical way to fix everything. If you can get your vehicle to New Country Toyota then I strongly suggest you do. The level of communication and treatment of the customers is amazing. More
