We set up an appt. and she addressed all my issues and dissatisfactions-- especially when your dealership was new and set me up with Matt Lopez in 2012.Now again in July 2012 - Liza called me and she set me up with your "star" salesperson --The one and only Matt Lopez. Well let me say, I did not intend to lease another Buick Enclave at this time---but this wizzkid MATT LOPEZ went above and beyond to make my purchase a pleasant experience and provided all possible available discounts including joining me in person because of my disabilty to the Credit Union next door to obtain additional new car discounts.One of the main reasons Mattt is the best - he is not pushy,very understanding,informative, no pressure and MOST OF ALL " NO HASSLE ".
