Marques worked with me to find just the Silverado RST I wanted. Installed a few extras at the dealership that were perfect and done quickly. Price was very good, and I felt at ease with the covid pre-cauti wanted. Installed a few extras at the dealership that were perfect and done quickly. Price was very good, and I felt at ease with the covid pre-cautions both during the test drive and in the office. Marques is very friendly and helpful. The whole process went very smooth. More
My husband and I keep returning to Romeo (5 times!) because we know that our business is valued. Pete Fabiano is always fair when it comes to our trade in value and he works hard to retain our busine because we know that our business is valued. Pete Fabiano is always fair when it comes to our trade in value and he works hard to retain our business. We appreciate him tremendously. Ashley Sadler was our salesperson this time and she was awesome. We weren’t able to pick up our new truck for a few days because of our work schedule. Throughout the week, Ashley kept in contact with us through text messages. We really appreciated that. When we arrived on our scheduled pick up day, Ashley had everything set and ready to go. She thoroughly went over our new vehicle inside and out (impressive) and made sure that all of our questions were addressed and answered. We will definitely ask for Ashley when we are shopping for our next vehicle. Jon Carpino, finance manager, is always fun to work with. He’s very easy to talk to and he makes the process really simple. He’s extremely efficient and he is also someone who lets us know how much our business is appreciated. No doubt we will be back for vehicle # 6! More
I give them a 1 star ONLY because of the sales department. The purchasing part was alright even though it took almost 6 hours for paperwork. The service department on the other hand is terrible. I department. The purchasing part was alright even though it took almost 6 hours for paperwork. The service department on the other hand is terrible. I bought a certified preowned through Romeo Chevy in Kingston and voiced my concerns about the rotors being extremely rusty/warped as well as paint missing on the rear door. They took my car in, kept it for 3 days to only replace the back rotors and pads (it needed them all around) as well as put extra miles on the car before I returned to pick it up. I voiced my concerns about the “random extra miles” and that the paperwork did not match with what was on the car. Nothing was done about it and I doubt they even looked into it. The front rotors were replaced along with pads eventually. Fast forward to a month into ownership and I will not be taking the car back to them for ANY service as I’m going to need to replace the front rotors again due to sub par work done at their service department. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealer that has a good mechanics and will fix things the right way. More

**TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS** Where do I start with this horrible experience? After finding a truck online that was attractive, I drove the 2.5 hours to Lake Katrine, NY to visit Romeo Chevy Buick GMC. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle alone; a positive given the current state of the pandemic. Once I returned to the dealership, the Sales Manager asked for a price I was comfortable with and I gave him one (~$2500 under MSRP). They said that they could not accommodate that, and I left. A different Sales Manager called me two days later and we ironed out a deal, and I submitted a $1000 deposit on the vehicle. We agreed that there would be maintenance performed on the truck and that some aftermarket accessories would be installed before delivery. Cut to: the morning of delivery. The dealership calls to tell me that the truck is on the road, but that they did not perform all of the maintenance we had agreed to. Strike One. The GM gets on the phone and says that if I absolutely want this to be performed (it was part of the deal), he would reimburse me for the service. I asked for that to be in writing via email. The email never came. Because the dealership is based in New York, and I would be registering the truck in Massachusetts, I scheduled a pre-purchase emissions inspection at a service station close to the RMV. Unfortunately, the truck does not pass the Massachusetts state emissions inspection. I bring this to the attention of the dealership, and they agree to "cut [me] a check for $800 if you take it to the RMV right now and get it registered". Again, I ask for that to be in writing via email. The email never came. After refusing the delivery due to the emissions issue, I attempted to contact the Sales Agent and Sales Manager I was working with to work out a deal and close on the vehicle. Both were slow to respond and said that they were "attempting to work it out with the owner". After finally getting the Sales Manager on the phone, he informs me that the truck has SOLD... WITH MY AFTERMARKET ACCESSORIES ON IT. No notice, and apparently a deposit means NOTHING to this dealership. But then I see that the truck had recently been re-posted for sale to Facebook no more than 2-hours from the time I called. After speaking to the Internet Manager, she confirms the truck is STILL AVAILABLE. Not sold, no new owner, still has my parts on it and they still have my deposit. I don't know where they hired this team, or how they're taught to do business, but I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you shop elsewhere. Unless you're into being jerked around, lied to, and taken advantage of. In that case, Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC is the place for you! More

He said sure that’s fine, and never tried to push anything on me. It was after 4:00 p.m. when I arrived. After test driving both of the pre-owned vehicles, he asked if I would like to test drive the new models. It was already past the hours of operation, so I said No because I had kept him long enough. His response was “It is my pleasure” and gave me the keys. Because of his outstanding customer service, I did not want to go anywhere else and bought my vehicle yesterday. The business manager Johnathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. They treated me like family. 5 Stars across the board More

With many obstacles preventing me from the higher end car I wanted, I was sure he would start pitching me the "typical" I gotta run some numbers to 'try to get you in the type of car you want at that price range". But to my shugrin, Marcus didn't give me that all too familiar car salesman pitch. "Treat others the way you would like to be treated" he said. Not once did he make me feel it was impossible. I was amazed! He got me in a great car, Yay! I was impressed by the way he took care of everything even after securing the car. Including, registration, license and even making sure I had a lower cost on my car insurance. He even drove the car to m house.. Overall, I can easily tell friends and family if looking for a car, see Marcus at Romeo Thanks Marcus Dee James More

The service representative demeanor was he didn't want to be there, I was wasting his time and seemed aggravated when I gave a list off problems. There's never a loaner available. Rep argued with me again about my warranty. No shuttle service available to get a rental. Had to walk from dealership to Enterprise. Hopefully my truck is fixed after the 5th time being here. More
