He was polite, dropped his current task, and we sat down to due business. While it was obvious that Scott was ready to due business, he never came on with a hard sell approach. It turned out the vehicle was temporarily unavailable. We set up and appointment for the next day. When we got the van my 1st concern was that it had all the features advertised. It did. Next concern was the price and financing, handled by Steve Vitiello. Steve got us a very impressive finance deal. THIS is only time I remember where our payments were LOWER than promised in the preliminary deal. More
