Happily ever after! My family and I were looking into buying 2 new cars, one for myself and one for my mother, yet we were in no rush to settle for just anything. We had spent an afternoon at Honda, spent a morning at Nissan, and then spent a long afternoon at Romeo. When we got to Romeo we were approached and taken care of from start to finish. Our sales rep, Chris, was very friendly and VERY patient with my family. He was also very thorough in showing us all of the features in all of the cars we were interested in. He spent a full day trying to make us happy and helping us find the perfect car for both of us. Both my mother and I left the dealership in the cars we truly wanted and very appreciative of the service we were provided with. Thank you, Chris, Mike, and the rest of the Romeo family! More

Where you're treated like family!! Just bought ourselves a brand new 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab from by far the best dealership I have ever been in. Brought my father-in-law wit Just bought ourselves a brand new 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab from by far the best dealership I have ever been in. Brought my father-in-law with us and and although he bought his truck there over a year and a half ago, John greeted him by name! Needless to say, we also worked with John Carpino and let me tell you... if he made us feel any more like family, our last names would be Romeo I suspect. John actually wanted to know what we wanted to use our truck for and paired us with the best option that they had available. We picked up our truck last night and wanted to take him with us to dinner but he had to finish up his day. John Carpino... thank you so much!!! You are the best! And I have to give a huge thank you to Mr Finance of the year Steve Vittiello! Not only did Steve work his @$& off to get us a great deal, he actually found a place that lowered our final payment. When was the last time anyone had finalized a deal with a lower payment than what they agree on??? Obviously without you Steve, we probably wouldn't have been able to make this deal happen. Mr Romeo, I want you to know that you have some really great people working to make your dealership the best in the tri-state area! i hope you share this review with them because we couldn't thank them both enough last night. Thanks to Romeo Chevy. This was the first new car I leased with Romeo. My wife and I have been blessed over the years and have purchased close to 10 brand new vehicles and This was the first new car I leased with Romeo. My wife and I have been blessed over the years and have purchased close to 10 brand new vehicles and trucks over the past 20 years. Due to Romeo's showroom being so close to my home I decided to give our local dealership a chance. My wife and I feel like we have met new friends over at Romeos and look forward with gods help to go back again when its time to lease or purchase another car and/or truck in a couple years. Billy Brown was the salesman that greeted me at the door and we worked with him. He was attentive to my budget and my desires of what we wanted and he led me to the right truck. We leased the 2017 Canyon which I currently love. Love that slate gray color and black leather interior and gas mileage. I also got to meet the sales manager Mike who made himself available early in the process and became very helpful at the end of the deal helping us jump over a few hurdles to close the deal ahead of time. I would recommend this dealership and as I said earlier look forward to going back there for my future automotive needs. More
Gmc truck i purchased burn oil, romeo says its acceptable I purchased a certified gmc sierra crew cab from romeo. Before its first oil change the oil light came on. I added a quart of oil. Roughly 1500 miles I purchased a certified gmc sierra crew cab from romeo. Before its first oil change the oil light came on. I added a quart of oil. Roughly 1500 miles later the light came back on. I brought it back to romeo and they started a oil consumption test. I found it weird they didnt mark the oil cap so that oil couldnt be added or removed without them knowing. But i went on with the test bringing it back several times, every time it was low on oil. Finally the guy over seeing the test said its acceptable for this engine to burn oil. I was dumb founded. Since then, the dealership called and asked how i was doing with the truck. I explained the situation and he said to come back in and acted like they would make it right. I got there and they were prepared to try and sell me another vehicle and basically said i would have to take a big loss on my trade in ( the vehicle they sold me that was faulty). I told them i couldnt afford that and all i wanted was my truck fixed. They sent me back to service, where they started a oil consumption test, i was back to square one again and this time it was down more then a quart of oil, again no marks were made on the oil cap which would prevent somebody from tampering with the oil consumption test, which leads me to believe i was getting the run around. I havent been back since. I live 45 min away and have added almost a quart of oil to my truck every 1500 miles. I cant believe the service that i have received there. My friend recommended me to purchase a vehicle from them since he was familiar with the owner, so i thought i may have had a better experience then this More

We came very late in the day, after 7 pm, and were treated by the Sales person Samantha Salat and staff as if it was 9 am in the morning and they had all the time in the world to serve us. Samantha and a New Car Sales manager Michael Critchley went tediously through option after option until the right car was found for me. Everyone stayed late to accommodate our needs. There was no pushing or cajoling into anything we did not want. The number we were given as a monthly payment was the exact number I signed for on the dotted line. Business manager Jeff Reopell put up with my exhausted cranky preschooler, and explained final paperwork painstakingly thorough. The dealership did all the leg work behind the scenes before my final appointment when I had to come in and pick up my new Buick Encore. Big thank you for all Romeo Chevrolet staff.
