Dispicable people I did an online click n offer that was accepted by their sales person Kathleen and requested a delivery for Monday evening. We spoke on the phone Monday and confirmed verbally n via email that the car was mine and later that evening Matt would call me to discuss the financing. That never happened and the next morning despite multiple emails and phone messages I never heard from anyone until I requested to speak to Joe Romeo then I get get dan who tells me they sold the vehicle I was promised Monday evening. This was after I had a confirmed delivery appt for Tuesday at 630 on the vehicle. More infuriating I was a previous customer of this dealership and was trying to be a good customer. No one even had the common decency to call me and tell me. I would have been waiting for my vehicle to arrive. DISPICABLE!!!!!! If your smart you would look elsewhere for your next vehicle More

We found just the right car for us. We wanted an all-electric car and were wavering between the Bolt and the Leaf. The Tesla 3 is not yet available and we needed a car right away. The Bolt has a much longer range and the dealer managed to reduce the price on it, including buying my old, dead car (!), so that we could afford it. (We leased.) The person we mostly talked with is LLelwyn Boswell, a soft spoken young man from Texas. He didn't rush us or overwhelm us with details, but just calmly explained about the Bolt in terms we could understand. He was unfailingly helpful. I recommend him highly. More

I was dead set on a GMC Terrain when I walked in I had researched this vechile inside and out and my heart was set on it. I was greeted by Chris Curccurullo at Romeo (Typically I would've of preferred dealing with a women just feel they would understand me more.) I told him what I was looking at and what my needs were and he had no qualms showing me the terrain, but he said "let me show you the Acadia " with hesitation I went and looked. It was gorgeous ! But , me being me had my defenses up, I was cold, non receptive and gave short answers. But he was GREAT took it all in stride. Talked calmly, understood my wants needs and dislikes, and seemed empathic to my whole story. Not wanting him to know that he won me over (love at first sight with thatAcadia) and thinking he had an upper hand, I left with out making the sale. He gave me a day and then called to see where I stood. I told him what I wanted and needed to make this deal happen and he did it! Not only did he go to bat for me but he keep me abreast of everything as it was happening. The morning we were finalizing the deal my mother had to go in for surgery. He came in on his day off he made calls to the bank I was using for finacining and my ins carrier to get everything that was required. He made everything seemlessly fall into place. So now the car is mine! I did have a few issues after purchasing the vehicle but I knew I could turn to chris, and of course he came through help me however he could. He's changed my ideal of those cocky run of the mill "car salesman" stero type. More

Chris Cuccurullo patiently answered all My questions and worked to find the right car and financing. This was a big decision for me. I was torn between a couple of different vehicles. Jon took the time to explain all the features of each vehicle,and helped me throughout the decision process. He is like a Wikipedia of knowledge when it comes to cars . He also explained things in a thorough concise manner, I never felt pressured or rushed and I asked a lot of questions. I appreciated his patience, his enthusiastic attitude , with no pressure or rush for me to make a decision. Most of all I appreciated his honesty and care. Everyone was so helpful from Mike Dunlavy, my service writer, to the leasing manager to Sam my salesman, and Jeff Reopell the Finance Manager. They could not have been nicer to me and helpful with my decision. I started in service and drove home with a new Chevy! No high pressure, just good help! Happily ever after! My family and I were looking into buying 2 new cars, one for myself and one for my mother, yet we were in no rush to settle for just anything. We had spent an afternoon at Honda, spent a morning at Nissan, and then spent a long afternoon at Romeo. When we got to Romeo we were approached and taken care of from start to finish. Our sales rep, Chris, was very friendly and VERY patient with my family. He was also very thorough in showing us all of the features in all of the cars we were interested in. He spent a full day trying to make us happy and helping us find the perfect car for both of us. Both my mother and I left the dealership in the cars we truly wanted and very appreciative of the service we were provided with. Thank you, Chris, Mike, and the rest of the Romeo family! More
