Katrina was my first contact on the phone ... she was helpful and called me back promptly with information. Then I spoke with Lisa who was very knowledgeable about the available rebates and discounts. Amy was my salesperson who took care of me when I arrived at the dealership. All of the paperwork that included transfer of plates, inspection after hours, auto insurance transfer to my new car, was handled the same day allowing me to drive home with my vehicle. Amy went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted . I was able to drive out of the dealer with my new car in a couple of hours. Amy and Steve Vitelli worked beyond the closing time to get me my car!..FANTASTIC!!! More
Excellent New Car Purchase Experience I can only review based on their sales department. We walked in just to take a look at a Chevy Trax, and a few hours later we drove off the lot with a brand new car (the Chevy Trax which we went in to look at). We dealt with Sam Sax and Mike C - both were great. Sam really took the time to go over the car, the features and answered any questions we had. And Mike got us a great deal on the car. The only negative experience we had was with the Finance guy who was a little pushy on the warranty and became noticeably annoyed when we initially said "No". He did his job though and eventually sold us on the Warranty. But when we pointed out an error in the bill of sale amount he promptly corrected the error. I would definitely recommend Romeo and we definitely plan on going back there when it's time to replace the husband's Avalanche. More

Worst dealer experiance ever Usually the difference between GMC and Chevy is the dealer experience. GMC is supposed to be better but not always it seems. When shopping for a Usually the difference between GMC and Chevy is the dealer experience. GMC is supposed to be better but not always it seems. When shopping for a new truck came upon a 17 Canyon SLT Duramax at a local fair. When asked the salesman confirmed that hey had a Denali and against better judgment worked through a deal later over the phone. Long story short ater arriving at dealership for paperwork the Denali turned into a SLT. The Salesman claims that it always was, spoke with manager and he mentioned he would talk to the salesman about it. We wanted the car anyhow though as an SLT other dealers we had looked at had similar pricing. We should have walked away. The truck was supposed to come with a spray in bed liner and that was not installed when we picked up the truck but the rear plastic bumper guard was damaged. Showing this required 3 people as if it was a surprise to them. They finally agreed to replace it when we came in to drop it off to do the liner. We did this and the loner they gave us was some used truck they had taken in with 109k and it smelled like an ashtray, The tank was near empty and the tires were over inflated on one side and under inflated on the other. The salesman's excuse was that they had no loaners. They had over a week so this is BS. We were stuck with this tired old ashtray for two weeks. After finally getting the car back and wondering around the lot for a half hour we finally gave up and got a service manager to pull it out of the back. The liner looks nice except that they sprayed over the mounting holes for all of the tie downs. The salesman does not seem to care. After wondering around the lot for 30 minutes we finally found a Service manager tried to help but acts like he does not believe us, we have to walk around looking for a Canyon with a spray in liner to prove that they are sprayed over. Everyone blamed the contractor who did the liner but the thing is he is Romeo's contractor. So we end up with another appointment to fix it. This time the loaner is a Cruze with 65k, much better than an ashtray. Nothing like I expected from GMC. After a week was called by the dealer that the new truck was hit in the drivers side rear door while at Romeo GMC's contractor. Romeo GMC drove the new truck back to the dealership before contacting us. The salesman says that they want the loaner back and want me to take the damaged truck over to their contractor to arrange for his insurance to repair the damage and to arrange a rental! I have contacted GMC but have not heard back from them in 3 days even though their rep said 2. The dealer has stopped asking for their loaner so maybe that is some sign that GMC said something, who knows. The truck need a new rear door but of course it will have this collision on record and so hits me when I trade or sell. The sad thing is that the bed liner is still messed up as all they did was cut out the holes and snapped new plastic covers in place so no there are gaps all around where the mounting points are. It looks ridiculous, ham handed, unprofessional. This is like the whole attitude at the dealership is that no one seems to care, the attitude is that you are bother them if you ask anyone anything. Best New Car Purchase Experience! Amy Haubrich, my salesperson, was informative, patient and helpful. I greatly appreciated her no nonsense style and not playing the old games that can Amy Haubrich, my salesperson, was informative, patient and helpful. I greatly appreciated her no nonsense style and not playing the old games that can make buying a car such a drag. We shared my objective of a straightforward and fair deal that satisfied the needs of the dealership, the salesperson, and let me come away without feeling swindled. There was no haggling--just discussion about what they could do and what I could do, so it wasn't difficult to meet at the middle and arrive at a deal that worked for all. Amy was great at helping me carefully compare between two vehicles I was most interested in and ruling out others based on my preferences. She was a good listener and did not bombard me with her ideas about what would work, but really paid attention to my needs and thoughts and worked with me from there. Steve Vitiello in the Finance Office, was especially helpful in securing my car loan at a reasonable interest rate and helped me understand the options in the term of financing. He was very kind throughout this process, which was the most challenging part for me. The Romeo folks even worked with me on getting my other vehicle home, so that I could take possession of my new car on the same day--something they absolutely did not have to do, but was thoughtful and considerate! All-in-all, this was a fabulous experience that resulted in a happy buyer. I would highly recommend this dealership if this is how they always do business. If you want to buy something without the nonsense that normally goes into the car game, this is the place! More
