My boyfriend and I went in to look at a Buick Encore for me, and found that it was an easy decision to say "Yes, I want to buy this" - in part because of the people we worked with at Romeo. Laura was a fantastic sales rep. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, easy to approach, very helpful, and held doors open as we approached them - hah, take that chivalry is dead! She let me approach cars without getting in my face about whether I wanted right then an there to buy it - there was zero pressure from her for the whole visit. Both Laura and Steve Vitiello made the signing process SO easy to get through, and whatsmore is that it was even a little bit fun! Steve is a jokester, but has no problems answering your questions honestly and seriously. His well-placed jokes made signing about 1,000 pieces of paper an easy going time. I felt more like I was signing autographs than financial papers. I would highly recommend going to this dealer if you're looking for a new ride. I was hesitant for a long time, but when I did, I'm really glad I did. More

Then I spoke with Lisa who was very knowledgeable about the available rebates and discounts. Amy was my salesperson who took care of me when I arrived at the dealership. All of the paperwork that included transfer of plates, inspection after hours, auto insurance transfer to my new car, was handled the same day allowing me to drive home with my vehicle. Amy went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted . I was able to drive out of the dealer with my new car in a couple of hours.
