The worst experience ever. Sent me an email that the car had gone down in price. Would not honor. Morris Smith constantly said "I don't have to do anything for you." They had incorrectly charged more. Locked my keys in car and went to use spare keys they had given me and they were the wrong keys and would not unlock car. Have been trying for 3 wks to get correct spare key. Have spoken to 4 different people and still do not have a spare key. Nobody returns calls after you drive off the lot. Terrible, Awful, Rude, Condescending Sales Managers. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT SERVICE!!!!! More
