This vehicle is our 7th Toyota (3 Lexus, 4 Toyota) but the first from Rohrich. Alec Shields kept me apprised of my vehicle's delivery status as I bought one that was in the process of being built. Rohrich featured many cars on its website. I browsing I saw a Prius C which I thought I liked and called the dealership to make an offer. Andrew called methe next day and invited me to take a test drive. saw a Prius C which I thought I liked and called the dealership to make an offer. Andrew called methe next day and invited me to take a test drive. I tok him up on the offer and found the Prius C did not have the engine and comfort that I desire. Andrew pointed out several alternatives and within a few minutes showed a Prius XLE that was in stock and even on site. He showed us the car. He waited patiently for our decision and within 90 minutes we were driving the XLE out of the dealership. Andrew was a model salesperson, who knew not to push and to be ready with answers when we knew what to ask. Amy made the financial part of the purchase quick and easy, while collecting innumerable signatures. More
