By the time someone is motivated to write a review they usually feel compelled to share their experience for the benefit of other potential customers. Ours with Rohrich was no exception. While Jon our sale usually feel compelled to share their experience for the benefit of other potential customers. Ours with Rohrich was no exception. While Jon our salesman seemed like a standup guy (communicative, friendly and respectful), the sales manager Josh was pushy, unreasonable, untruthful, and all around rude about what should’ve been a simple transaction. He used every hackneyed trick in the book to force us to take a car the day we agreed to buy it… when any dealership would typically (respectfully) accommodate the scheduling needs of their customers who have lives outside of buying cars. We only needed a few days to circle back and pick up the car we agreed to buy… and they told us they wouldn’t hold a car we attempted to place a deposit on unless we drove it home that day. I found this experience unusually unprofessional and I strongly suggest a better experience … anywhere else. It’s unfortunate dealerships like Rohrich behave in such an adversarial way that tend to reinforce negative stereotypes. More

Purchased 2022 Venza received a warning from Toyota, malfunction in Solar System or hill start assist control system ,VSC, TRAC has been detected. Also, all 4 tires were over inflated 39-41 psi. Malfunc malfunction in Solar System or hill start assist control system ,VSC, TRAC has been detected. Also, all 4 tires were over inflated 39-41 psi. Malfunctions were never corrected weeks later or tire psi changed to recommend 33 psi More
