This is our 3rd purchase from Rohrich and Kelly (in the past two years - and 2 of them have occurred in the last 4 months); and if the service was not outstanding, I can assure anyone reading this, that I past two years - and 2 of them have occurred in the last 4 months); and if the service was not outstanding, I can assure anyone reading this, that I most definetly would have gone to another dealership. Any time, we need service on the vehicles, the Rohrich team has been "Johnny on the Spot" and have met our needs. In addition to those marked, we have worked with the General Manager, Chuck Lucci, Sr., and he has been exceptional to work with. Everyone is friendly and wanted to ensure our needs were met. There were no pressure sales or any type of push to one model versus another. Not one time did anyone ever ask me the standard sales pitch of: "How much do you want to spend a month?" As a seasoned buyer, that would have been insulting because I am familiar with the manipulation process that unreputable dealers do to achieve that "magic number". If it had been asked, quite frankly, I would of walked out of the dealership. The sales approach that we experienced was a simple: "What are you looking for in a car, and we'll find it" Very Refreshing! More

No Hassle at all!!! In and out quickly which I needed because I was shopping with a toddler. Lou gave me a great trade in price and he honored the sticker price eventhough the Internet price was differen because I was shopping with a toddler. Rohrich Cadillac was absolutely wonderful from the minute I walked into the Dealership. I was referred by a family member to go to Rohrich. Ken Goldberg was the Sales Consultant that helped me purchase my br I walked into the Dealership. I was referred by a family member to go to Rohrich. Ken Goldberg was the Sales Consultant that helped me purchase my brand new Cadillac XTS. When I arrived, I did not know which Cadillac I would be interested in. Ken and I sat down and talked about the XTS, CTS, and SRX. Ken was very thorough in explaining the differences among the cars. He actually listened to me when I amswered his questions. I knew I wanted a car that was technology driven and looked sharp. Based upon our conversation Ken suggested the XTS. He did not force any car on me. We still looked at all 3 cars so I could compare. Once I decided on the XTS we talked about all the options/packages available. Ken didn't stop there, he actually took me to see the cars he had so I could see the colors on the actual car. After Ken showed me the White Diamond Platinum XTS I was sold! The car was beautiful and had technolgy and performance. During the whole process Ken was wonderful. He answered all questions and really explained and demonstrated the car to me. He was polite, respectful and by far one the best Sales Consultants I have ever come across. He was not in a rush to get me out the door. He made sure I was 110% satisified and comfortable with everything. I cannot say enough good things about how well I was treated. I have actually left dealerships before because the Sales Consultant was rude and pushy. I also liked the fact that the General Manager, Chuck Lucci, came over to introduce himself and stopped over again to thnak me for purchasing the car. I would also like to point out that the GM was available and visible all day, not hiding in his office. This means alot to me as a customer. To sum it all up: My experience was wonderful and I completely forgot that I was at a car dealership. Ken was fantastic and I will recommend and refer people to him anytime! Probably in about 4 months my other car will be getting replaced and I will be going back to see Ken for an SRX! Rohrich Cadillac has far exceeded my expectations and they have gained a customer for life. More
I have never had such a pleasurable experience in purchasing a car. Ken Goldberg was so helpful and informative and made the process enjoyable!
