By far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! I just happened to spot a used vehicle on a the lot and decided to give Lou a call to discuss it. He supplied me with the information I requested and I just happened to spot a used vehicle on a the lot and decided to give Lou a call to discuss it. I happened to stop in without an appointment and they were closing up shop. Lou stayed past his quitting time on a Friday night and allowed me to see the vehicle. He told me that money had been placed on the vehicle and he would call me Monday. First thing Monday morning Lou called me and said the vehicle was available. I faxed him over my financial info and the very next day he said come pick up your car. The process was the easiest I've ever had. Not only did Lou get me a great rate on the loan, but he also got top dollar on my trade. I will be buying my cars from Lou for now on!!! More

I had the pleasure of working with Ken Goldberg while purchasing my Escalade. He came highly recommended by two of my colleagues. Ken was wonderful to work with. My husband and I were expecting our fourth child and were in the market for a larger vehicle. I was quite concerned about driving an SUV that was so large. Ken suggested that I keep an Escalade ESV for a day or two to see if I could get used to it. I really appreciated that. He also spent a significant amount of time with us and answered all of our questions. He understood how busy we were with the birth of our child and did not pressure us. He also took the time to find us a vehicle that met all of our needs and was an excellent buy. We were so confident in Ken, we did not feel the need to shop around at other Cadillac dealers to compare pricing.
