I had the pleasure of working with Ken Goldberg while purchasing my Escalade. He came highly recommended by two of my colleagues. Ken was wonderful to work with. Ken suggested that I keep an Escalade ESV for a day or two to see if I could get used to it. I really appreciated that. He also spent a significant amount of time with us and answered all of our questions. He understood how busy we were with the birth of our child and did not pressure us. He also took the time to find us a vehicle that met all of our needs and was an excellent buy. We were so confident in Ken, we did not feel the need to shop around at other Cadillac dealers to compare pricing. After our son was born, he then was willing to take his time and deliver the vehicle to our home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Ken and we love our new vehicle.
