I feel like I've known Chuck for many years. I also want to thank sales manager Marc Rosenstein for taking care of me during this transaction and my previous ones, you're a great asset to this dealership. VERY UPSET. NEVER DID MY INSPECTION & NEVER TOLD ME THEY DID NOT DO IT. I HAD MY CAR IN FOR REPAIRS LAST MONTH WHERE THEY LOOKED AT THE TOE LINK (WHICH WAS A CA NEVER DID MY INSPECTION & NEVER TOLD ME THEY DID NOT DO IT. I HAD MY CAR IN FOR REPAIRS LAST MONTH WHERE THEY LOOKED AT THE TOE LINK (WHICH WAS A CALL BACK); THE MOTOR FOR THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW; ASKED THEM TO REPLACE MY FRONT & REAR WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND REPLACED THE MIRROR ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. WHEN THEY COMPLETED EVERYTHING, I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A $100 DEDUCTIBLE, BUT THE BILL CAME TO $284.00 & THEY INSTRUCTED ME THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE MIRROR WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY SO I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $500. I DECIDED NOT TO GET THE MIRROR DONE AT THAT TIME & ASKED WHY THE BILL WAS STILL $284. THEY STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE $160.00 WITH PARTS & LABOR. I TOLD THEM THAT WHEN THEY CALLED TO INFORM ME ABOUT THE DEDUCTIBLE OF $100; THE MIRROR FOR $500; THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS BECAUSE IT THEY WERE GOING TO BE $160.00, I WOULD HAVE INSTRUCTED THEM NOT TO REPLACE THEM (AS I DID WITH THE MIRROR) BECAUSE I COULD GET A BETTER DEAL SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE WAS A HUGE ALTERCATION IN WHICH WE FINALLY CAME TO THE AGREEMENT THAT THEY WOULD TAKE OFF THE LABOR CHARGE & SPLIT THE COST OF THE WIPERS. NOW, FAST FORWARD. I AM STILL UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY COMPLETED THE INSPECTION WHICH IS DUE AT THE END OF THIS MONTH. I ONLY REALIZED THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED WHEN MY INSURANCE COMPANY ASKED FOR PROOF THAT IT HAD BEEN DONE. TO MY SURPRISE THE INSPECTION STICKER STILL SHOWS THE EXPIRATION DATE OF APRIL 30, 2022. WHEN I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TODAY, THEY STATED THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN DONE DUE TO THE FACT THAT I DID NOT GET THE REPAIR FOR THE DRIVER'S SIDE MIRROR...THEY NEVER, EVER INFORMED ME THAT THE INSPECTION WAS NOT COMPLETED...THANK GOD MY INSURANCE COMPANY ASKED FOR IT OR I WOULD BE DRIVING WITH AN EXPIRED INSPECTION STICKER. IF BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS INTENTIONAL DUE TO THE ALTERCATION REGARDING THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WHERE THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS COMPLETELY AT FAULT FOR NOT INFORMING ME OF THE COST UP-FRONT LIKE THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE & ALWAYS SHOULD DO. I WAS BEING CORDIAL BY PAYING HALF OF THE COST FOR THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS. I AM COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THEM. I AM A VALUED CUSTOMER & WHEN I PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE BY THE END OF THE YEAR, I WILL PROBABLY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. More
Congenial and courteous staff, thorough service, clean car returned after service completed. Also, Chuck Lucci Jr., who sold two cars to my family, has ALWAYS gone above and beyond being our salesperson, car returned after service completed.
