My purchase at Rohrich Cadillac was the best decision I have ever made. I first spoke with Chuck Lucci who could not have been more kind and helpful. When I went to test drive the vehicle is when I met Bernie Keane, what a great guy! he made the experience fun, exciting and easy. Then to top it off, he had roses waiting for me when I picked my new vehicle up. I could not belive how above and beyond he went for me!! Bernie Keane was my salesman--just by luck. My husband and I stopped by to look at the SRX after reading about it. Bernie took us for a test drive, and explained every feature so easily. As we made the decision to choose the SRX, Bernie took us for more test drives, explained more features (especially a complicated navigation system) and took us to talk to the manager. He helped us pick out features and ordered a car with every feature I wanted and a special new color. He worked with us as the car was being built and helped tremendously when the car arrived. he made everything effortness for us. He continues to help with any service we need, including OnStar and Sirius XM radio. What a delight Bernie is to work with. I give him my highest rating. More

When we went in search of the perfect car, Kelly understood that it wasn't about selling us a vehicle but finding us a car that complimented our lifestyle. It wasn't a sales pitch. She got to know us. What's really remarkable about Kelly is that I've learned through reading reviews and speaking with other Cadillac owners is that this is how she works with all of her clients. She understands who you are and what your needs are. You really feel like you have an advocate in a sometimes indimidating industry. It is with absoulte certainty that I have sent all of our family and friends to meet with Kelly. It is not unusual to hear that Kelly dropped off a car in christmas eve or deliver your latest purchase to work.
