Sales was great and service was good. I had some issues with the vehicle which were corrected. There is a crease in the door that wasn't really fixed and I'm not sure it could be fixed. I purchased a 2006 SRX new from Kelly at that time and have had contact with her in the last five years. Really liked the new design of the 2011SRX, especially with the 0% finance. There are my differences than my old one. She is very knowledgable concerning her preduct. I thought that I would be able to negotiate the price down a little further, but in the end the dealership agreed to work with me on the extended warranty and I feel that I paid a fair price. As we made the decision to choose the SRX, Bernie took us for more test drives, explained more features (especially a complicated navigation system) and took us to talk to the manager. He helped us pick out features and ordered a car with every feature I wanted and a special new color. He worked with us as the car was being built and helped tremendously when the car arrived. he made everything effortness for us. He continues to help with any service we need, including OnStar and Sirius XM radio. What a delight Bernie is to work with. I give him my highest rating. More
