Sales was great and service was good. I had some issues with the vehicle which were corrected. There is a crease in the door that wasn't really fixed and I'm not sure it could be fixed. I purchased a 2006 SRX new from Kelly at that time and have had contact with her in the last five years. Really liked the new design of the 2011SRX, especially with the 0% finance.
