I've purchased three vehicles from Rorich and all from Lou Cangelier. My father and other friends have also had a great experience when puchasing from Lou at Rorich. Very pleased with quality of my vehicle and service support and additionally the on going excellent follow up support calls and emails from Lou. Lou was a very friendly sales person who I had fun working with. I didn't understand all the different switches, buttons, etc. on the Cadillac, so I call Lou for help. Lou said, "just stop down and working with. I didn't understand all the different switches, buttons, etc. on the Cadillac, so I call Lou for help. Lou said, "just stop down and we can go over what ever you need to know". I did just that and thank him, and he stated, "that what I'm here for".
