Recently I visited the showroom of a Ford Dealership in Charleroi, PA., where I had purchased 3 pick-up trucks in the last 10 years. Not only did I have problems with the truck service I had just received Charleroi, PA., where I had purchased 3 pick-up trucks in the last 10 years. Not only did I have problems with the truck service I had just received but I was completely ignored by the salesman of which sold me 3 vehicles. I realized that in spite of driving a pick-up that was a great ride with no mechanical problems, I was unsatisfied with the dealer and the complete owner experience. I made a decision to trade the Ford pick-up for an 2012 Escalade. I would rather not own a good pick-up, than to be miserable with my dealings with a substandard dealer. Because of prior experience, it was an obvious decision to call and to then visit Lou Cangelier at Rohrich. Lou and Mark Rosenstein demonstrated why they are such a quality Cadillac Dealer. Lou showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see and advised us of all the financial offers to connsider. He answered all of our questions regarding the new vehicles and financing options. We had the feeling we were the only customers in the world we had so much attention. In spite of all the attention we received, we never felt any pressure to purchase. We made our decision to trade our Ford pick-up for a beautiful 2012 Escalade. We made an appointment to make the exchange and we were greeted with a spotlessly detailed new car and a Sales Representative prepared to acquaint me with my new purchase. Lou spent as much time with us until we were able to comfortably drive our new car to our home. He assisted us with the On-Star and the bluetooth devices in addition to the basic workings of the Escalade. Lou has contacted us numerous times since we got the new car home to assure our total satisfaction.
