First of all from the purchase of our first SRX to the troubles that we have encountered service we have received from the entire Rohrich Dealership. First of all from the purchase of our first SRX to the troubles that we have encountered over the past month they have always been attentive to our requests and needs . They have always supplied us with a loaner car, many times delivering the car to our home. We live about 15 miles from the dealership, when the car is returned to our home it is always washed. The one instance when our battery was dead my wife had just had an outpatient surgical procedure at a local Pittsburgh hospital. One phone call to Rohrich and a driver with a loaner car appeared to rescue us. Ken Goldberg has only been a phone call away in answering our questions and sorting through the many featurese of our SRX.
