I have dealt with Rohrich Cadillac since 1973, and have ALWAYS been satisfied, make that VERY satisfied with their service. It will be done right, the first time! I bought my first Cadillac from Jim Rohrich, and ever since Chuck Lucci , Jr, came on board, I have dealt with him. Chuck is completely trustworthy and really goes the extra mile! (This sentence has to do with CADILLAC, and not ANY dealer.) The token "Thank You gift" from Cadillac was an insult! A pack of Altoid mints, a microfiber cloth (useful) and a 1.7 ounce spray bottle of water "Facial spray??" Which end does one use that on; the same end as "Facial tissue," I presume???? Again, this has NOTHING TO DO with Rohrich Cadillac, but Cadillac as a company! Next time, donate $6 to charity! More

Lou was good to work with. I visited the car lot several times and looked at a used Malibu and several Cadillacs. Lou was very patient with me because I couldn't make up my mind which car I wanted.
