My new car was delivered in a timely fashion, in an immaculate condition, and the required paperwork was handled by Kelly herself in as quick (but thorough) a manner as I have ever experienced in any dealership anywhere in the country. The only problem was not the fault of the local dealership or the salesperson: it seems the GM factory has mismanufactured all 2012 passenger-side SRX floormats -- they are too wide to fit properly when snapped into place. The service staff has already tried to interchange that mat with another new SRX and it didn't work - the entire production run is apparently made to the wrong measurements. (This sentence has to do with CADILLAC, and not ANY dealer.) The token "Thank You gift" from Cadillac was an insult! A pack of Altoid mints, a microfiber cloth (useful) and a 1.7 ounce spray bottle of water "Facial spray??" Which end does one use that on; the same end as "Facial tissue," I presume???? Again, this has NOTHING TO DO with Rohrich Cadillac, but Cadillac as a company! Next time, donate $6 to charity! More
