Lou understood my attention to detail and took time explaining things until he was sure I fully understood anything we discussed. His years of experience and knowledge in car sales made me confident that I was working with a true professional. (This sentence has to do with CADILLAC, and not ANY dealer.) The token "Thank You gift" from Cadillac was an insult! A pack of Altoid mints, a microfiber cloth (useful) and a 1.7 ounce spray bottle of water "Facial spray??" Which end does one use that on; the same end as "Facial tissue," I presume???? Again, this has NOTHING TO DO with Rohrich Cadillac, but Cadillac as a company! Next time, donate $6 to charity! More
