I would like to take the time to say Thank You to all of the Rohrich Staff. It has been a pleasure to work with everyone. We are very happy with our new Cadillac.  When I brought my Honda in to trade and th the Rohrich Staff. It has been a pleasure to work with everyone. When the new Cadillac was being prepared by your staff with special requests that we needed added to the car it was done promptly. Kelly Krall was the sales person that my wife and I worked with. Kevin was friendly but not pushy. Very tuned into my needs and found me "just the right vehicle." Best of all, when I went to pick up the car all the paperwork was done except for my signature and chan needs and found me "just the right vehicle." This is the 4th cadillac we have bought from Kelly Krall. Kelly is the best. There are no games when dealing with Kelly. She is knowledgeable about her product and her sales persona is effortless. Salesman was friendly and prepared and had the car that was advertised and offered me fair value for my trade in. The business office was also prepared and wasted none of my time in accomodating me. Bernie was a tremendous help in allowing me the privilege to first buy a new Cadillac a few years ago and this past month a wonderful help in showing me a way to trade up and lease a brand new Cadillac. I will continue to be apart of the Rohrich family and will be an ambassador to all my family and friends in sharing my wonderful experience of true compassion Rohrich shows to their partners. Mr. Keane allowed me to have a memory with my family, my wife, and my two sons in owning our first new Cadillac. A long time ago my dad would take me and my brothers and sister with our mother for a ride and he would ride by Rohrich Cadillac and say someday I will own a new Cadillac, unfortunately he never had the financial opportuniy raising 5 kids and sending us to college, but he planted that dream in my head and I promised myself that someday I will own a new Cadillac not only for me but for my dad, and Bernie allowed that dream to come true along with Rohrich Cadillac...now I take my kids for a ride past Rohrich and tell them someday you too will have your own new Cadillac ... Hopefully Bernie will be the salesman no friend who will allow them the privilege of owning Thierry first new Cadillac! I haven't had the vehicle serviced yet, But Lou Cangelier went beyond what I asked him for more than once I am a repeat customer of his. This deal is no different I am very satisfied with all lou has done for me & would buy from him again I am dissapointed with Cadillac & general motors for building this car in Mexico what (used to be more AMERICAN than a Cadillac) Although it is a very nice car it will be my last Cadillac NOT BECAUSE OF LOU CANGELIER I WOULD BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM LOU But not from GM if they keep building them in Mexico. We have 3 car buying adults in this house we will check very carefully as to where they are builtin the future If it wasn't for the fact I think a lot of Lou I would not bother with the hassle of going back & forh with this registering business you don't accept what I put down this a pain in the neck GM I am trying one more time if vit don't go this time send me a letter More

My husband has dreamed of having a Cadillac for over 40 years. I contacted Lou and told him I was interested in surprising my husband for his 67th birthday. My husband dreamed about a black cadillac. Lou helped me find the perfect vehicle, and they all helped me get the paperwork done and bring the car home as a surprise. It worked perfectly. We went back the next day and my husband finished the paperwork and Lou spent time with Mark explaining the car options etc. Everyone at Rohrich was pleansant and helpful and efficient. No long waits - no questions too silly. They handled everything - contacting our car insurance people, all the paperwork was ready and waiting for us. Since we brought the car home Lou has been there to answer any questions we've had and check in to be sure everything was okay. A pleasant experience overall. More
