I had my dream car in mind 2 years ago(a red Cadillace CTS)knowing that in 2012 I would be purchasing a newer car.I wanted to make sure that I did check out other cars out there so test drove chevy,ford,c CTS)knowing that in 2012 I would be purchasing a newer car.I wanted to make sure that I did check out other cars out there so test drove chevy,ford,chrysler and lincolns and still found that CTS was absolutely the car for me.I had met alot of sales people that wanted to sell me alot of what I wasnt looking for. I ran across the name Rohrich a couple of times and thought it might be too far away.I was so flusteredd over the hassle and disapointment of trying to find and work with everyone that wanted to sell you everything you didn't want or not care if they ever sold you anything. I had e-mailed Tony Cardone for some help looking for my dream car. He e-mailed me with my second choice and w/in 2 hrs he sent me a second e-mail with the dream car.Tony promised me that he would have the car cleaned and sitting in the garage for me when I got there on that friday. We had got to the dealership before our scheduled time. Tony was with another customer Lou was in the office and took us out to look at the car.(CLEAN AND SITTING IN THE GARAGE)That was a car salesman that did what he promised!Tony met with us a short time later he had us buying my RED CTS with in minutes.I will say I'm glad all the other dealerships we visited didn't sell us a car We got the best car for the best price and a great salesman.My husband & I both appreciated his honesty & making what I thought was going to be another disapointing car hunting day into a great day and for treating us like he knew us forever and so he will.What a great experience I tell everyone what a great experience I had. I love the Cadillacs I have had but what really keeps me coming back is the service department. Mike Engelhardt is my guy, I love working with him. He is always so accommadating and friendly when I need work done. I knew of Lou thru a friend that I used to work with. My friend had delt with Lou a few times and suggested to me that if I ever wanted a Cadillac, I should talk to Lou. It took me a few years before I was ready to look into buying a Cadillac but when I was ready I came to see Lou. I could see almost immediately why my friend told me to see Lou. He has treated both my wife and I with great kindness, he is a no pressure salesman who knows his product inside and out. I bought that first Cadillac from Lou and approx 9 months later I returned to see Lou again. My wife had developed some physical problems and the CTS that we had purchased no longer fit her lifestyle. We were able to put together a deal on a SRX which has made it much easier on my wife both in getting in and out of the vehicle. I am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to buying a car. I asked a lot of Lou and in almost every instance he has come thru. I have been very pleased with everyone that I have come into contact representing Rohrich. I am sure that when the time comes for another vehicle, I will come to Rohrich first. More
