I have dealt with Rohrich for many years, my wife and I buying three Toyotas and a Lexus, which I just traded in on a Rohrich Cadillac. My dealings with Rohrich have always been perfectly level and business-like,while also friendly and respectful. This time I bought the Cadillac from Kelly Krall--not the typical auto salesman one would expect, but I was glad to see her because a neighbor of mine had bought a car from her and recommended her to me. Kelly was outstanding in all respects: friendly, good-humored, straightforward, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. I wanted a CTS, either sedan or coupe, and she was very frank in helping me decide, pointing out both the advantages and disadvantages of both models. I bought the sedan. I am a no-nonsense kind of customer and she reacted in kind. I knew exactly which options I wanted, knew about what it should cost, and asked for her best out-the-door price. It was so close to what I wanted to pay that we struck a deal quickly. I have never liked buying a car, but Kelly made this experience really pleasant. Her friendliness was obviously genuine and she accepted my preferences and idiosyncrasies without question. When we shook hands before I drove off, I actually felt like hugging her, but that wouldn't have been businesslike. That's probably a first in the annals of auto sales! More
Although I have purchased many Cadillacs from Rohrich, this is my first meeting with Ken Goldberg. I found him to be very knowledgeable and cooperative. Bernie was so nice to my husband and I right from the start. He had no problem with understanding how busy our lives were and that we needed to come to the dealership separately without our children. He picked up right away that the purchase of the car was extremely important to both of us even though my husband did most of the interaction and dealing. Bernie absolutely cared about how I felt and that I had everything I needed and all of the information I needed. Bernie even took the time to go over all of the features of the car with each of us separately, again, we couldn't get there together. Bernie has committed to me that if I would like to come back at any time to review all of the features, he would be happy to do this and would take as long as I need. I love my new Cadillac. I have wanted one for a long time, but Bernie took our experience to a new level, that having a new Cadillac isn't just about the car, it is also about the experience and the service, topping it all off. Ken made my purchase experience simple and fun. I emailed my requested purchase details one day, the next day he found my car. Two weeks later I drove it away! He's a wonderful salesman and an asset to your company. He's personable and knowledgable. A couple of days ago, I locked both sets of keys in my car. I have bought 3 Eldorados from this dealership, through the years. Each car, thought used, lasted me ten years. I only bought a new-used car because I wanted more 'bells and whistles'. Each and every purchase has been made with Lou Cangelier as my sales rep. Only once did Chuck Lucci, Sr. lend a helping hand to help Lou get me a price I could handle. I tell everyone that will listen to me, to buy from Rohrich. I've sent my friends to see Lou and a few have purchased one through him. I of course have talked to other sales people at the other local Cadillac dealers to compare prices and check out the quality of their service and they have all forced me to return and buy from Rohrich. Lou has never made me feel like I made a mistake by buying a car with his help. I trust him with my wallet!!! xxxx, he has talked me out of cars because he knew I would not be happy with or in them, for one reason or another. Lou is a "keeper". Dave and the rest of the guys in the service department have bent over backwards to meet my needs, each and every time. More than once I had what I thought to be a minor emergency with the car and Dave always found a way to squeeze me in, his busy day and solve my problem. I wish there was a way I could really show all of them in service, how much I appreciate them. Giving them a copy of my Cds is way too inadequate. Every since I was a kid (1950 - 1960) and my dad would drive us by your dealership to pick my mother up from her job; cleaning houses in Mt. Lebanon, I knew I wanted to own and drive a Cadillac. Lou sold me my first one back the late 70's and my latest one in May of 2012...."I ain't never been sorry about buying cars from Rohrich Cadillac" We had a saying, 'back in the day'. "When you 'roll up' in a Cadillac, you be rolling up correct!" I'm a entertainer, I insist on 'rolling up correct' every where I play. Now, if only you could convince 'CADILLAC' to bring back the Eldorado before I take my 'dirt nap', I'd play my sax, for free, in your show room for free, for a month!!! TAKE THE HINT. I'M NOT THE ONLY GUY WHO FEELS THAT WAY ABOUT THAT CAR. More

Bernie Keane is the ultimate Sales person!! He is kind and attentive to the needs of the customer. He has a good sense of humor which helped ease the discussions around purchasing our new Cadillac CTS for and attentive to the needs of the customer. I had my dream car in mind 2 years ago(a red Cadillace CTS)knowing that in 2012 I would be purchasing a newer car.I wanted to make sure that I did check out other cars out there so test drove chevy,ford,c CTS)knowing that in 2012 I would be purchasing a newer car.I wanted to make sure that I did check out other cars out there so test drove chevy,ford,chrysler and lincolns and still found that CTS was absolutely the car for me.I had met alot of sales people that wanted to sell me alot of what I wasnt looking for. I ran across the name Rohrich a couple of times and thought it might be too far away.I was so flusteredd over the hassle and disapointment of trying to find and work with everyone that wanted to sell you everything you didn't want or not care if they ever sold you anything. I had e-mailed Tony Cardone for some help looking for my dream car. He e-mailed me with my second choice and w/in 2 hrs he sent me a second e-mail with the dream car.Tony promised me that he would have the car cleaned and sitting in the garage for me when I got there on that friday. We had got to the dealership before our scheduled time. Tony was with another customer Lou was in the office and took us out to look at the car.(CLEAN AND SITTING IN THE GARAGE)That was a car salesman that did what he promised!Tony met with us a short time later he had us buying my RED CTS with in minutes.I will say I'm glad all the other dealerships we visited didn't sell us a car We got the best car for the best price and a great salesman.My husband & I both appreciated his honesty & making what I thought was going to be another disapointing car hunting day into a great day and for treating us like he knew us forever and so he will.What a great experience I tell everyone what a great experience I had. I have leased 3 Esclades over the past 12 years and I just entered into a lease for 4 more years on a new CTS. I had a budget amount to work with and Chuck Lucci Sr. did an outstanding job of finding me just entered into a lease for 4 more years on a new CTS. Chuck Jr. was also so helpful explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle I was taking home and he was also readily available to take my calls when need be. They were both so great to work with! I love the Cadillacs I have had but what really keeps me coming back is the service department. Mike Engelhardt is my guy, I love working with him. He is always so accommadating and friendly when I need work done. I would probably buy another Cadillac and I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone that was thinking about buying one too. Keep up the good work. More
