We visited another area Cadillac dealer before going to Rohrich. We were looking for the new (2013) XTS. The other dealer was OK, but just didn't seem to have any interest in selling us a car. They told Rohrich. We were looking for the new (2013) XTS. The other dealer was OK, but just didn't seem to have any interest in selling us a car. They told us that we could order one, but that it would require a $2,000 non-refundable deposit, and that they couldn't say when we might get a car. Bernie (and Mark, his manager) at Rohrich were a completely different story. They offered to order us the car with the options we wanted, with no obligation to purchase and no deposit required. The told us it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery and 6 weeks was what it took! They quoted us a price at the time of the order, and that was the price we paid - no last minute additions. Overall, Bernie and the folks at Rohrich couldn't have been nicer. They mad it clear that they wanted our business without being overly "pushy" - a really nice change from others we've dealt with in the past. More

I think that the relationship between the customer and the dealer has been lost at some dealerships. Not so at Rohrich Cadillac. From the sales department to the service department we received nothing but the dealer has been lost at some dealerships. Not so at Rohrich Cadillac. From the sales department to the service department we received nothing but a professional approach from sales and service. We were made to feel like we were indeed the customer and they appreciated our doing business with them. We love our children and protect them and therefor I would send my children to Rohrich for there car purchase and feel secure that they would taken care of and safe when the drive away in a new or used vehicle. More
