Brandon and Alison in the Patrrts department were very helpful coordinating the parts needed for the appointment. Matthew greeted me on the drive & reviewed the work to be performed. Marvin gave a thorough MPI video even showed me where he placed the mew keys. I dropped off at 7:30am & picked it up by noon, same day. Matthew reviewed the repairs with me and even showed me to the Parts department where Alison looked up parts I was interested in purchasing. Great teamwork! More

The quality of their work and great customer service with a smile has won my loyalty. Dealt on this occasion with Jacob and Nathan of the service desk. Both very competent pleasant young professionals. I was checked in very quickly. The oil change and fluid check, tire rotation, a headlight bulb replacement and vehicle multipoint check was done 20 minutes faster than the time estimate I was given - a positive surprise. While I waited in the very pleasant modern customer service lounge enjoying their good coffee - I received a text saying the work was complete - including a video review - narrated by the mechanic - of the work done. An impressive culture of pride in performing good work and customer satisfaction among both the service and mechanic staff. More
I took my vehicle in on 02/26/24 for an oil change and multi check , this was performed and as work was being done I received a video explaining exactly what was being done and my vehicle would be ready s multi check , this was performed and as work was being done I received a video explaining exactly what was being done and my vehicle would be ready soon. Work was completed and I left, the next day 02/27/24 the engine light came on. Wed 02/28/24 I drove back to the dealership, without a call or an appointment, I talked to the Manager and Mr Matthew , He asked me to pull the vehicle into the intake area, no more than maybe 10 minutes passed after I pulled in and the problem was taken care of, absolutely the best service I have received since moving to the state of Texas. Thank you for the outstanding quality of service and just basic common courtesy. There are a lot of good things to about the manner in which you treat your customers. I had a warning light pop up over the weekend. I showed without an appointment and was quickly attended to. I had an appointment for service scheduled on Wednesday and they took care of that while my car was there. When everything was done, they sent someone to take me back for my car. The service department at this dealership would be one of the reasons I would consider buying my next car there. More
