First and foremost, I would like to apologize for your experience at Roger Beasley Mazda. I'm very sorry about the smoke smell, I can imagine how gross and unpleasant that is. I also apologize for the delay getting the dents removed. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, so I have passed your review on to upper management. From my understanding, management has contacted you about this issue. We were not aware the previous owner had smoked in the vehicle and have offered to remove the smell or trade you out of the vehicle, whichever you prefer. Thank you for the reply, that is wonderful news! On October 22nd, I had been told that trading out my vehicle was not an option. A manager stated that the only option was to sell it back to Mazda at market value or do the smoke bomb (which I'm worried will only mask the problem by removing the smell but not the underlying toxins in the upholstery). Thank you. I will try calling management again to follow up about the issue.

They are not increasing MSRP so they are screwing you on the trade-in. KBB had mine in the mid range of 40,000. They came with 36 and an incredibly high interest rate even though I have an 800 credit score. More

He didn’t even offer the price after the trade end, he just told me my new payment would be $589, 200 more than my current payment. Lots of games, shell game. Do not recommend them at all

I'm so sorry to see you rated your experience with us 1-star. However, a person can't be extended credit without credit pulls, regardless of your exceptional credit and track record. Additionally, you could not have been given a rate of 34%, as that rate is higher than state usury. Again, I apologize for the experience you have had with us and will make sure it is addressed by management.

Yes, apparently the CSR at my bank quoted 34% when it was, in fact 3.4%. Still, the entire problem would have been avoided had the dealer submitted directly to my bank to access the approved loan application (which was under 3%) rather than telling me I HAD to complete a loan app and then submitting it via “indirect” route. My bank told me that the application was not required since I had already been approved.

We try to make it as clear as possible to customers that these vehicles are being sold as-is and that we are not responsible for any issues it might have, which is why we require you to sign both the TX Department of Motor Vehicle "AS-IS" vehicle disclosure document along with our own CHOICE vehicle disclosure document beforehand.
