The buying experience was quick and pleasant. The negative experience started when my dash fan motor went out(19SEP). I scheduled a service appointment for the following week(23SEP) only to f The negative experience started when my dash fan motor went out(19SEP). I scheduled a service appointment for the following week(23SEP) only to find out after the 30mi drive (without AC in 95 degree heat) that whoever was in charge didn't bother to look at the appointment description. I was told it would require a diagnostic that would take several days and could not start today. I needed a loaner car so my next reservation was made for 09OCT. I received a phone call this morning (09OCT) telling me that even though I reserved a loaner car I would need to reschedule or be waitlisted. Now I have been without AC for 3 weeks in a new car with less than 8k miles. Absolute clown show. More

Hands down the best folks in town as far as a used car purchase! Mike the sales manager i worked with while purchasing my 2013 Honda Accord saw to it that everything was running/operating as it should and purchase! Simon was by far the most knowledgeable salesman and actually listened to what I wanted rather than trying to pressure dealerships and 8 test drives.
