The buying experience was quick and pleasant. The negative experience started when my dash fan motor went out(19SEP). I scheduled a service appointment for the following week(23SEP) only to find out after the 30mi drive (without AC in 95 degree heat) that whoever was in charge didn't bother to look at the appointment description. I was told it would require a diagnostic that would take several days and could not start today. I needed a loaner car so my next reservation was made for 09OCT. I received a phone call this morning (09OCT) telling me that even though I reserved a loaner car I would need to reschedule or be waitlisted. Now I have been without AC for 3 weeks in a new car with less than 8k miles. Absolute clown show. More

Hands down the best folks in town as far as a used car purchase! Mike the sales manager i worked with while purchasing my 2013 Honda Accord saw to it that everything was running/operating as it should and purchase! First time buying a car and checked out over 5 dealerships and 8 test drives. I was having a car AC problem (blowing hot air) for 3 years and was using a temporary DIY fix using AC freon refill. I did first go to the cheapest repair shop first but after replacing the hose and expa years and was using a temporary DIY fix using AC freon refill. I did first go to the cheapest repair shop first but after replacing the hose and expansion valve still were not able to resolve the issues. Roger Beasley Central service technician took a little bit longer to identify the core issue as eventually had to replace the whole AC system. Service advisor Richard Grimm at Roger Beasley kept me in loop almost daily with the diagnostic and provided free loaner new car. Other fixes were also provided like mount engine leak fix, power steering flush and replacement of front pad/rotor (due for a long time). He also helped me in reducing the final price. I definitely recommend Roger Beasley Central for any major repair to the car. More
