TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE My husband and I purchase a 2018 Ford F150 on November 13, 2018. Before we even picked up the vehicle the dealership did the old bait and switch with My husband and I purchase a 2018 Ford F150 on November 13, 2018. Before we even picked up the vehicle the dealership did the old bait and switch with the price of the vehicle...but my husband was persistent and really wanted this truck and didn't walk away. My husband picked up the vehicle late in the evening and didn't look everything over to right away. The following day we noticed several things wrong with the vehicle. 1) The buttons on the entire dashboard for the radio didn't work. We could only change the radio by one knob on the dash. 2) the Ecoboost engine feature option did not work for me to shut the mechanism off 3) the four wheel drive makes a loud clunking winding noise 4) there is a rattling noise coming from somewhere near the front 5) the vehicle also seems to be tugging to the right when the wheel is straight 6) the vehicle only seems to be getting a really low gas mileage from what listed 7) the rear differential is leaking My husband immediately called the dealership and notified them the following day. They scheduled him for an appointment the following week but we were really annoyed that we took the vehicle in 11/17/2018. Someone in the service department looked over the vehicle and they assured us everything would be taken care of. Currently we have dropped off/picked up our vehicle for repairs to Roesch Ford in Bensenville, IL now a total of 10 times....that is 2 whole hours round trip everytime!! That does not include the time we had to sit and wait. I also want to mention several times that they called us to pick up the vehicle....nothing was ever repaired and we wasted time driving 2+ hours to pick up the same vehicle with repairs not done. Needless to say we have had it with this lemon that is supposed to be nearly new. We're tired of getting the run around with this dealership and the service department when this vehicle is still under warranty. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!! I went in and within an hour and a half I was the proud owner of a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium! Rory was awesome and made the whole experience enjoyable. Bought 2017 Mustang and had issues from the beginning. Then dropped car for front bumper repair. Paid for that and got car back with missing almost all mounting hardware. They denied to cover it saying thats not their fault. Young salesmans and managers with no respect with full of excuses and lies. Would never go there again!!! My previous car was from small dealer with used cars and they where way more professional also covered hidden issues on used car sold as is. You better avoid this dealership. More

Great experience I walked into the showroom and was greeted by a salesman Nick Petrasz. I told him I was here to see a specific vehicle and he went to go get it to tes I walked into the showroom and was greeted by a salesman Nick Petrasz. I told him I was here to see a specific vehicle and he went to go get it to test drive. After test driving the vehicle and loving it Nick was able to work with me to get the price down that was in my budget range. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It is a nice size dealership too, good lot size and showroom. More

Nick Petrasz was our sales man and gave us the best, most courteous service we found in all the dealerships we visited. He is one of the best representatives of Ford you can get. His honest, integrity was above and beyond any the best. I found him to be personable, honest and patient. I highly reccommend shopping for a car there to anyone looking. Hospitality excellent, service excellent and the kindness salesman you can ever find. More

From the beginning chat to request info on the truck to closing the deal I had a pleasant experience. The dealership is clean and everyone employee I interacted with was pleasant an respectful. My sales associate Mario did an excellent job explaining the functionality of the truck as well as services the dealership offers. There was no pressure to close the deal or to purchase any additional services which I have found typical at other dealerships in the past. When my family purchases our next vehicle we will visit Roesch. More

They had the truck ready for me to drive when I got there. The entire buying process went smooth, the numbers were not confusing and we didn't need to haggle. As long as the new/used 2017 truck I bought turns out to be a lemon, I am definatley going to be back to refresh my work fleet. More
