Quick Deal Despite not having a 2016 Scion TC on the lot at the time, Clay and John were quick to locate a vehicle and bring it in within an hour instead of the Despite not having a 2016 Scion TC on the lot at the time, Clay and John were quick to locate a vehicle and bring it in within an hour instead of the 3 day wait I was told would occur in expense of shipping the vehicle from a warehouse; I was happily surprised and impressed. Clay was extremely friendly and highly efficient and very attentive to our needs and truly all around an exceptional employee and Roland Toyota is lucky to have him. I wish Clay well on his journey to citenzenship. John was exceptional and studious and blew our expectations out of the water by quickly obtaining the vehicle. I am happy with the service and will recommend this dealership to any looking for a new car. More

Great experience! Rodland Toyota is truly exceptional. We initially approached Toyota of Seattle when searching for a 2016 Tacoma. The salesperson at Toyota of Seattl Rodland Toyota is truly exceptional. We initially approached Toyota of Seattle when searching for a 2016 Tacoma. The salesperson at Toyota of Seattle was somewhat rude and discourteous, and acted as though he was "doing us a favor" in helping us locate the right truck. Everyone at Rodland Toyota was friendly and courteous. Clay was the consummate professional; attentive to our needs and going out of his way to make certain we were happy. Overall, a great buying experience. More

Great truck buying experience! I want to start by saying John and Clay at Rodland Toyota are great! I never once felt like I was being "sold" a truck. Took my neighbor's van into them for a new seatbelt. When I made an appointment last week for 9-25-2015, I thought it was going to be an o-hum boring time. It started off with a female Service Manager, When I made an appointment last week for 9-25-2015, I thought it was going to be an o-hum boring time. It started off with a female Service Manager, that treated me like a VIP! She got me logged in and I went into the waiting area. Low and behold, they had a nice large tv on and plenty of very comfortable seating. The gal who runs this area as the barista and customer service served fresh coffee, lattes, etc. Her enthusiasm (like the Service Manager) was first class. Again, I felt like a VIP. She did a multitude of other things around the dealership waiting area; parts department and asked if I needed anything....WORLD CLASS SERVICE! I took a lot of "customer service" classes when I worked for Boeing and Rodland carried those forward as well. I will definitely return to Rodland, not only for the service, but for their smiles, caring for one another and the comradre they have. I make it a point to talk with various employees to see how they like their job; working conditions, etc. Not one person said a negative thing. I also think having a female (not trying to be sexist in any way), can diffuse an angry customer (somewhat). Everyone there was professional and courteous.
