Now as for the deal, I felt we had a very fair deal on both ends. You know, that buying a car wheel and dealing.... It was actually a nice process! Didn't feel taken advantage of at all. We are pretty new to the area so she was able to direct us on a nice test drive that covered different types of roads (highways, side roads, etc). We really liked the car so decided to buy it, and she made the process as easy as possible. We had come later in the day and so we were there for at least an hour after they closed to finish the paperwork etc, but we were happy with the way it was all handled and the price/terms we got. It is a fun little car and we are really pleased with our purchase. When we decide to replace our other car in a year or two I'll be checking in with Jennifer first! More

Taylor at Rodland Toyota was the most responsive of all the dealers in the Seattle metro area. We negotiated the price on line and set a time the next day for me to inspect and pick up the vehicle. Everything was ready when I got there including all the paperwork. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and that included the installation of the wheel locks and the rubber mat for the bed, signing all the paperwork, and Taylor going through all the features of the vehicle with me and pairing my phone. They were fast, efficient, and offered me the lowest price for the vehicle out of all the dealerships in the Seattle area. Everything was as represented and as promised. More
