They went out of their way to get me a car from another dealership, so that I was able to drive my car home the same day after all the paperwork was done ! They even allow getting the car from other dealer without the usual $500 deposit fee which was wonderful! I had to do a little haggling over my trade-in, but ended with better deal. I chose to drive further to this Everett Toyota dealer over closer Edmonds one due to difficulties with salesman there. I'm glad I did-I was treated much better at Rodland! The only reason I didn't give stars to "Quality of Work" is because I have not had any service yet; and the only reason I dropped one star off of Tommy was because of haggling over when I would buy the car ~grin~. But he was very kind overall. More

Then, we were introduced to the Salesman of the Year!! Taylor Garneau. He made this whole experience PERFECT! We have never been treated so nicely. He was so efficient and quick, we enjoyed watching him work! He explained everything so easily and showed us how to work everything in the Highlander we purchased. Everything! He even set up our phones to the Bluetooth service!!! We were very impressed with this young man and will send everyone we can in his direction. You have a real Gem in Taylor. We cannot say enough good things about him. TEN gold stars for him all day. We thank you for this great buying experience. We wished too, that he did not have to split this sale with the person who talked to us for 2 min. on the phone, and didn't show up to work the day of our appt.
