Excellent Recovery and Comeback!!! (Sales & Service) After beginning issues with financially securing the car loan and pricing for my new 2012 Kia Soul, the sales and service team with Todd Bond and Cole After beginning issues with financially securing the car loan and pricing for my new 2012 Kia Soul, the sales and service team with Todd Bond and Colette Kelln made an excellent comeback in offering a great maintenance plan and fixing any unresolved issues with my new used Kia Soul (cosmetic repair, oil change). I had already signed on the dotted line after realizing some problems and they came back to take care of my needs and requests with great care after a rocky start. I certainly didn't expect our ups and downs (and I'm certain they didn't either), but they took care of business swift with great care and hit a home run in the end. I'm really proud of their gracious ability to make it right and put the customer first even if the contract was signed already. Their ability to put the customer first will always be the #1 key to my vote for them. When I came in for my free oil change and informed me that I had a nail in my tire and would need two new tires (where the current tires were also brand new), Colette saw my frustration and took charge with Todd and replaced them for free given that I had just bought the car and couldn't believe I would be putting money into it already. Outstanding. That matters. I always love to bring my best foot forward and do great business with people, and in a world where it's hard to trust people to do the job right, I am so appreciative that this car dealership took integrity seriously, did the work as promised, and earned my respect of their business and business practices. Thanks so much for treating me as a valued and honest customer on a budget who needed to come away with a good car purchase and good service. It was difficult as a single woman and a student to figure out how to make it work, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rodland Toyota and these managers to people I care about or anyone looking to be treated right. Even while waiting for my car to get done, I was constantly checked on to see if I needed anything to drink or eat just to make my experience great. So, all in all, both sides have to do their homework, be organized and honest, and you have to know what you want. It's a navigation, but when both sides do come together with the intention to make a successful outcome, it's amazing the good and genuine business relationship that can be formed. I'm grateful, and I'm hopeful that Rodland will continue to break the mold in offering the kind of service that is mountains above the rest. Thank you to everyone at Rodland who made this work successfully! Great work and thanks for putting people first!!! More

They went out of their way to get me a car from another dealership, so that I was able to drive my car home the same day after all the paperwork was done ! They even allow getting the car from other dealer without the usual $500 deposit fee which was wonderful! I had to do a little haggling over my trade-in, but ended with better deal. I chose to drive further to this Everett Toyota dealer over closer Edmonds one due to difficulties with salesman there. I'm glad I did-I was treated much better at Rodland! The only reason I didn't give stars to "Quality of Work" is because I have not had any service yet; and the only reason I dropped one star off of Tommy was because of haggling over when I would buy the car ~grin~. But he was very kind overall. More
