Turned a Detractor in to a Supporter I had my heart set from the get go on my new tC. Colin was very relaxed, easy to work with. I never felt like he was trying to push me in a direction, I had my heart set from the get go on my new tC. Colin was very relaxed, easy to work with. I never felt like he was trying to push me in a direction, just guide me with his wisdom and knowledge of the industry and the cars we were looking at. In the end, my heart won out, and I got the '16 tC RS10 I was watching from debut to showroom. Colin was excellent to work with. I had a really negative experience the last time I walked in to Rodland a few years back, but this second chance made up for it, and I'll look forward to stopping in there for services in the future. More
Go see Marcus Krachunis when buying a used car I was really pleased with the customer service I received from Marcus. He was genuine, very knowledgable about the SUV I purchased and was helpful wit I was really pleased with the customer service I received from Marcus. He was genuine, very knowledgable about the SUV I purchased and was helpful with finance options. What I liked best was Marcus was not pushy or aggressive about the sale. He knows Toyota has the best product available for consumers and they sell themselves. He'll take you on a 5-6 mile test drive and give you all the information you need to know about the vehicle you are driving. I recommend Marcus and the Rodland Toyota dealership. More
Best service at any Car dealership ever When we visited the Store, we were pleasantly surprised to see, someone came to us to welcome us in. It was Jeff. We have dealt with many car dealers When we visited the Store, we were pleasantly surprised to see, someone came to us to welcome us in. It was Jeff. We have dealt with many car dealers and this is the first of it's kind. We got a really awesome deal. We had some quotes from other dealers from our past visits. These guys topped those deals , although negotiations took a little back and forth. The payment process, documentation were very smooth and fast. Jeff explained us in detail about the future service process and car interiors. The overall staff and ambience was very cordial. Keep it up Rodland Toyota team. Good wishes to Jeff. More

Smooth as Silk Experience at Rodland Toyota! I went into Rodland Toyota in mid-July to test drive a Toyota Highlander. My wife and I had owned a Honda Pilot for 8 years and were wanting to get a I went into Rodland Toyota in mid-July to test drive a Toyota Highlander. My wife and I had owned a Honda Pilot for 8 years and were wanting to get a new one. But, before going in and buying one I wanted to try out the other similar vehicles on the market and then make a decision. When I met Mike Hilderbrand, a sales consultant at Rodland, I told him this. "That's fine with me. The vehicle should sell itself!, he said". He was definitely not pushy but very informative about the car. He had a great plan for setting up a test drive that presented a lot of opportunities for me to evaluate the Highlander as a possible buy. After the ride, he had my Pilot looked over as a possible trade in, gave me a rough idea of what to expect the financial package to look like and I went on my way to finish my test drives and make a decision. So far the experience was very straight forward and easy. About 5 days later I dropped by Rodland again with my wife. Mike was there and was surprised to see us. He said that he thought that we'd purchased another car. I told him that we got delayed a bit and that I wanted my wife to get a feel for the Highlander's comfort and ride quality. She sat in the car, liked the feel and look of it and we decided to go for another test drive. After the test drive, when we returned to Rodland, we all got out of the car and Mike suggested that he go inside while we had a chance to talk the car over. When we were done, we went inside and told Mike what we needed in the financial picture to make the deal happen. He took the proposal to the manager and came back with an approval. IT WAS JUST THAT EASY! Since we'd be picking up the car the next day, Mike needed to come in on his day off. I asked him if that was ok for him and he indicated that it wasn't a problem. When I came back to get the car the next day he spent a considerable time giving me a "training session" on the car and then I was off. Again, easy, but no details were left out. From the freshly detailed vehicle, to the coverage of all the workings of the car,(including the connecting of my phone to the car via Bluetooth), to the full tank of gas for me to drive away with. Very smooth. Then, a few days later, I received a follow-up call from Mike asking about how things were going with our driving experience. A thoughtful touch. From start to finish, a very pleasant process that I'll be happy to work with Mike on at Rodland the next time we're ready to purchase a car. Thanks so much! More
