With just one visit of a couple hours, Rodland was able to find and fix a steering/cabin shake in my 2017 Tacoma that had completely stymied another dealer and a tire shop, despite multiple visits to both (the other dealer was Toyota of Kirkland, and the tire shop was two different Discount Tires in the Renton area). My adviser, James, also brought the tech out to explain what they found and how they took care of it. My issue, which was caused by improper balancing at the tire shop, was diagnosed and repaired within the original diagnosis only charge. I highly recommend their service department! More

Service department would not communicate I took my truck to Rodland for rear wheel bearings. A known issue for my year tundra. My service team leader mr Gill , told me it might have something I took my truck to Rodland for rear wheel bearings. A known issue for my year tundra. My service team leader mr Gill , told me it might have something to do with my brakes and I said no les swab had done the brakes. That’s all it took for mr Gill to go off looking for another reason for wheel bearing noise. We agreed to have the noise diagnosis. After the work day was over I had not heard from my red team leader, mr Gill. So I called him. He went on and on about how I might want to take my truck back to less swab. Finally he tells me it could be wheel bearings. Wow. So I tell him fix it. Please. Long story short it took four days to repair and my red team leader mr Gill never called or texted me. I had to call for updates at the end of every work day. Usually getting voice mail. The one time mr Gill did answer the phone directly he laughingly said “ isn’t it time for a new dodge Chrysler Jeep or truck “. Then said sorry he used to work for dodge and just couldn’t get their jingle out of his head. I am not complaining about the service done. Or price. Just mr Gill. More

Colin was exceedingly patient, good humored, and very kind. Every Toyota member that I encountered was friendly, seemingly enjoyed watching my toddler be a toddler all over their show room, and the flexibility shown for our time was much appreciated. I am pleased with my overall experience and look forward to being a member of the Toyota family for many, many years to come. More
