He was fully knowledgeable about the vehicle I hoped to buy and was patient with any questions; for example, when I asked about the colors--exterior and interior--he walked me through the densely populated lot to show me all the options until I found what I was looking for. Our discussion on the final pricing, which can be a tense experience, was instead calm and agreeable, and we arrived at pleasant conclusion. And when I called or emailed with specific questions, he responded quickly, and he was very flexible about being available when I visited the lot, first with me and then with me and my wife. Overall, a process that I thought might wind on for days in fact moved speedily and without a hitch. In the handling of and explanations about the paperwork, Tom Staniford was also relaxed, smoothly and clearly explaining what I was signing. Again, a process that in past experiences I had found laborious and confusing was straightforward and, well, easy. I will recommend friends to the Rodland experience, and to Alex and Tom personally.
