When arriving to the show room he helped go over all the information and questions I had on the new 2017 Toyota Rav4. He was so polite and made sure if me and my family needed any water and also making sure to give us time to discuss options in purchasing my very first vehical. He was very professional. He went above and beyond meeting my expectations which made my decision ten times easier. Our finance guy Taylor was also icing on the cake for my experience. Taylor was professional and shared his knowledge with questions I had on the finance side which made signing papers a done deal. This experience was so humbling and so so so elated I came to Rodland. Easy and comfortable I'm not the guy that buys very many new cars off of car lots. I usually keep my cars for many many years. This is partially due to the my nervousnes I'm not the guy that buys very many new cars off of car lots. I usually keep my cars for many many years. This is partially due to the my nervousness over pressure I have received from salesman and finance officers in the past. When my son-in-law and his father told me about your dealership, especially Mike Hildebrand, I thought I'd go in and look. I was not disappointed. The dealership is beautiful, comfortable and very unassuming. My experience with Mike was by far the best experience I've ever had in purchasing an automobile. He was very in tune with what we could work with financially. He was very aware of our needs and spoke to us respectfully answering any questions we had making sure experience was comfortable. At no point did I ever feel he was not speaking to me honestly. He looked in your eye when he was talking to you. He actively listened to us when we spoke of our needs. He gave us a tour of your facility, talk to us through oil change is the carwashes. Never experienced that before. He took personal interest in our being aware of how to operate the vehicle before we even drove away. In my mind that was pretty amazing also. I can honestly say my experience was in Hanst by the tree man I receive from Mike Hildebrand. Just one day later I in confidence have given his contact information to another individual.
