Without wasting anymore time, we had the test drive of the car.He ensured that i was fully satisfied with driving experience. As I had done all my research online, had very few questions for him. After the test drive, Alex patiently explained to me the leasing options for the vehicle. After ensuring that i was satisfied with the Leasing amount, he then introduced me to Taylor. All the financing process related to the purchase were completed in seconds. Thanks Alex and Taylor for the wonderful experience at Rodland. More

Patient and Stress Free My previous car broke down and was not worth fixing. I like to keep my cars for 15 years or more so I want the best. Mike was very helpful as well as patient while I took our time to make this important decision which included two test drives and many visits to the dealership for additional information. He never pressured me or put down other dealers/cars like many other places do. He gave me advice on what worked well and what may not. Stay Away Turned in a Leased vehicle, leased a new one thought the transaction was finished. Only to get a bill 2 months later for a windshield they said was cr Turned in a Leased vehicle, leased a new one thought the transaction was finished. Only to get a bill 2 months later for a windshield they said was cracked when we turned in the vehicle. If this was the case why not mention it when the vehicle was turned in. Seems like a grab for money after the fact, thanks Doug Lafave for this then ignoring the attempts to contact you and ask why this happened. More

We both felt after the sale the Chevy Brand could care less about our satisfaction. We previously had a Toyota vehicle and were very satisfied with its longevity and performance. We met Hass Hojjati at the Rodland Toyota dealership in Everett. He was so helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for. The best part he wasn't pushing us or hard selling us either. First time Toyota buyer experience After arriving at the dealership, we were met by a sales person. Had short introductions and as we had some preferences on what we wanted for a car, R After arriving at the dealership, we were met by a sales person. Had short introductions and as we had some preferences on what we wanted for a car, Randy led us to the Avalon Limited. Having had a luxury car in mind, the Avalon seemed the obvious choice. We did a short test drive and made a decision after some friendly negotiations. We had already looked at 4 other brands of cars and the Avalon seemed the best fit for our needs.The color and the interior finish was the luxury we looked for. Randy did a great job by being supportive of our needs and not trying to push the deal. I appreciate that in a sales person.
