Excellent experience! I started looking for a car in mid-June this summer. I am admittedly picky when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Even though I had a low price point Jordan Lewis helped me as though I was wanting to purchase a brand new car. Out of all the the sales people I met at several dealerships he was the only one who took the time to consistently review his inventory and email me cars I might be interested in. I liked the car so much and the lease conditions that I asked Recently I came to Toyota Rodland to return the Toyota Rav4 shortly before my lease end. I liked the car so much and the lease conditions that I asked for another lease for another Rav 4. James was able to present me the right car on the good financial conditions giving me his friendly support. I ended driving away in a new , but the same looking Toyota. The customer support is very competent and helpful and I liked that they didn't push me into getting another car. They were also able to wave a charges for small scratches from my previous lease. My third Rav 4 lease I went in to see Colin Miller to discuss my third Rav 4 lease; I had made an appointment and given him a description of what I wanted in my next car. He found exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process painless and I was able to get out of the dealership quickly and was very happy to lower my payments for the next 3 yrs as I am now retired. This will help the income go further each month. Colin is very personable, explains everything in detail, showed me all the new features on the 2017 XLE model and I have no hesitation in referring anyone looking for a new car to see him.
