Great Experience I really enjoyed my process working with the different employees at Rodland Toyota. I had a handful of interactions all throughout the system with man I really enjoyed my process working with the different employees at Rodland Toyota. I had a handful of interactions all throughout the system with managers, salesmen, service department, admin, accounting, front desk, etc. Everyone was very professional and easy going. The only downside I would mention is that when working with the salesmen I was always rushed on the phone. I felt like they were always trying to rush me off the phone and move onto the next project. I still got the vehicle at a great price, they were helping me every step of the way, everyone was very kind and gave me every chance to ask questions and understand everything. I had never bought a new car before so after getting done negotiating the price and finally feeling good about it, going behind to the back and then being handed a sheet for warranties and other services although it is good to protect the car it was very intimidating having to make the decision right then and there and if you leave the office the deals for warranties are off the table. So in that essence it was a bit of a high stress sale however they also answered all my questions (mind you I asked the same questions multiple times and they were kind to not rub it in my face that I am not getting it). overall I give them a 4/5 stars. I would very likely go back again to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase. More
