Our sales person Doug LaFave represented Rodland Toyota extremely well in all the previous categories and more. The "more" being .... Doug is honest, no pressure, doesn't try to "sell" you on something you don't want, lots of patience, listens, has a sense of humor and an easy going manner all make for a winning combination. If you want to "tweak" your vehicle, Doug will introduce you to Luke in the service/parts department. Luke is 100% everything I listed about Doug, absolutely a pleasure to talk to and work with. Luke sticks with you throughout the project and he and Doug make great suggestions. Rodland is very, very fortunate to have these two working for them. They even recommended a great auto body repair shop when someone hit my wife's 4Runner. In addition, their service department is top notch. They get you in and out in a timely manner and if it's going be awhile, their shuttle service will take you somewhere else (shopping, eating, etc) and come back to pick you up when your vehicle is finished. Rodland Toyota definitely goes above and beyond in their treatment of their customers. You want all the above, look no further. But be sure to talk to Doug, nothing wrong with the rest of them and everyone we spoke with were extremely courteous and professional. We were fortunate enough to work with Doug LaFave, and in our opinion, Doug is the man. More
